Are you driven by customer satisfaction and eager to develop your career in a global company with over 60 years of innovation? CELO is looking for a Technical Project Sales for our Construction division.
The position will cover the Auvergne–Rhône-Alpes region (Lyon, Saint‑Étienne, Grenoble, Villeurbanne, Clermont‑Ferrand, Annecy, Valence, Chambéry, Vénissieux, Bourg‑en‑Bresse, Roanne, Vichy et Aurillac).
💡 What will you do?
Manage the full sales cycle in your assigned area: from detecting customer needs to closing the sale and following up.
Ensure sales growth and product rotation across different channels (construction sites, distributors and manufacturers).
Plan and prepare objectives for each customer visit.
Achieve the defined sales targets while optimising the costs associated with sales operations.
Manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospect new ones within your territory.
Negotiate volumes, introduction of new products, shelf space, displays and Pick&Mix solutions.
Prepare quotations, track visits and monitor order status.
Carry out product demonstrations and explain promotions, offers and guarantees.
Record daily visit reports in the ERP and follow up monthly on your customer portfolio to detect deviations.
Maintain and strengthen CELO’s corporate image, ensuring excellent customer service and providing solutions.
🎯 What are we looking for?
Proactive, results‑oriented profile with strong customer focus.
Experience in field sales, ideally in construction or technical products.
Ability to manage a territory, build long‑term relationships and negotiate at different levels.
User‑level experience with ERP/CRM and Office tools.
Valid driving licence and availability to travel within the assigned area.
✨ Nice to have
Medium or higher studies; engineering background is a plus.
Training in sales techniques.
Intermediate English level (valued but not essential), or Spanish.
Minimum 2 years in a similar sales position.
