At CELO, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations within the assigned European region. As Sales Manager, you will shape the commercial vision of your area, lead a high‑performing team, and build strong relationships with key customers.

💼 Position Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

• Live in lyon or near the city to go to the office (Tassin-la-demi-lune)

🧭Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop annual and mid‑term sales plans, analyze market trends and competitors, identify new opportunities, and allocate resources and priorities to achieve targets.

• Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies, lead and motivate the sales team, manage key accounts, negotiate major agreements, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, propose improvement actions, provide timely solutions to customers, and report results to management.

• Collaboration & Development: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and other subsidiaries; ensure team training, promote CELO’s culture and values, and guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
