💡 What will you do?

• Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction

• Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts

• Provide up-to-date info on products, prices, availability

• Manage leads, qualify prospects, support inside sales

• Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims

• Keep CRM records current and accurate

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell

• Be responsible for logistics, ensure timely and correct deliveries to C customers

• Collect feedback, suggest improvements

• Prepare quotes, track orders, and help resolve issues

• Act as main contact for customer needs and incidents

🎯 What are we looking for?

• Fluent English (spoken and written) and French. Additional language skills will be positively valued.

• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual

• Technical background with sales/marketing knowledge

• Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products

• Ability to travel up to 20%

• User-level experience with ERP, CRM, Office tools

• Previous experience: +2 years in an industrial company in customer service.

• Knowledge of marketing and sales

• Experience supporting logistics
