Pay: 19.50–21.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Shift 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Mon- Fri or 2nd Shift 2:00 p.m.- 12:30 a.m. Mon- Thu. Training Schedule; 9:00a.m.-6:30 p.m. Mon- Thu

Role: Thread Rolling Machine Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will set up and run production equipment and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate production equipment (including thread rolling, inspection, and cleaning machines).

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.

• Enter production and quality data into our computer system.

• Safely operate a forklift as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a machine operator/ Preferred but not required Thread Rolling Machine Operator.

• Experience with machine setup is strongly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Comfortable using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and basic computer software.

• Able to safely operate a forklift.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
