We are looking for an Application Engineer to provide technical support for the development, validation and implementation of fastening and assembly solutions. You will work with customers, Sales, Product Development and Manufacturing to ensure CELO solutions meet technical, quality and performance requirements.

💡Responsibilities

• Design and verify parts. Assist customer to improve screw design, recommend suitable parts according to customer's design.

• Feasibility analysis to new design and customer drawings.

• Answer customer's questions about screws and assembly technology, provide technical consultation and training service.

• Support to improve the technical and quality level of company screws. Test and develop the applicable assembly environment for the patented screws.

• Keep contact with CELO S.A and CELO USA. Share technical information, provide and obtain help.

• Manage and maintain laboratory and laboratory equipment.

• Design and conduct experiments to study the screw property and assembly performance.

• Cooperate with sales department to develop new customers and new projects, visit customer, and provide technical support.

• Analyze customer's assembly failures and provide solutions and Suggestions.

• Assist quality department to analyze the failure of screw and provide technical support.

🎯What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Prior experience in application engineering, product development, technical sales or a similar industrial role (preferred).

• Technical knowledge: Understanding of mechanical components, fastening systems, materials and manufacturing processes.

• CAD skills: Ability to work with CAD and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and practical, solution-oriented thinking.

• Communication: Clear communication of technical information across teams and customers.

• Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Languages: Professional English.

• Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally.
